The principle of rice husk power generation
The main principle of rice husk power generation is to use the waste rice husk from grain processing as raw material, burn it in a gas generator to produce gas, filter it with water, purify it into a pure gas, and then send it to a gas generator to burn and do work to drive the generator to generate electricity.
The former mainly consists of rice husk gas generator, gas purifier, gas internal combustion engine, generator and other equipment; the latter mainly consists of rice husk boiler, steam turbine, generator and other equipment. How do rice husks generate electricity?

The key technologies for direct combustion of biomass for power generation include biomass raw material pretreatment, boiler corrosion, boiler feedstock suitability and fuel efficiency, steam turbine efficiency and other technologies.
(2) Mixed power generation: Biomass can also be mixed with coal as a fuel for power generation, called biomass mixed combustion power generation technology. There are two main types of mixed combustion methods. One is biomass mixed directly with coal and put into combustion, the way for fuel handling and combustion equipment requirements are high, not all coal-fired power plants can be used; one is the gas produced by biomass gasification and coal mixed combustion, this mixed combustion system in the combustion, the resulting steam together into the turbine generator unit. The operation practice of biomass and coal mixed combustion power generation proves that there will be a broad application prospect in China.
(3) Gasification power generation: Biomass gasification power generation technology refers to the conversion of biomass into gaseous fuel in the gasifier, which is purified and then directly fed into the gas engine for combustion and power generation or directly into the fuel cell for power generation. One of the key technologies of gasification power generation is gas purification. The gas from gasification contains certain impurities, including ash, coke and tar, which need to be removed by purification system to ensure the normal operation of power generation equipment. The main technologies are fixed-bed gasification and fluidized-bed gasification, which use a variety of wood, forestry residues and rice husks to produce combustible gas mainly for power generation. It can be expected that biomass gasification for power generation will become one of the fastest growing new industries in China in the next few decades.
